Telephone support is provided with typical 1-hour turn-around times—with live response available for mission critical incidences. In addition to traditional phone support Acuity makes extensive use of “we are there” application sharing via the internet, which allows us to “drive” your computer or server, taking care of support and maintenance needs on a real-time basis. In most cases, through the use of this technology, issues can be resolved in minutes and productivity restored or enhanced immediately.

Acuity’s application sharing is completely secure and firewall friendly, typically requiring no changes in your company’s network security measures.

In addition to traditional telephone software support your Acuity maintenance agreement provides the following benefits.

  • User update training with each major software release
  • Web-based “live” support
  • Annual on-site tool usage & efficiency review
  • Engineering resource planning & optimization review
  • Annual review & report of the support experience for your company
  • Free monthly Lunch & Learn training sessions

Telephone support operates from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.  Support requests may also be submitted via e-mail to support@acuityinc.com.  Email inquiries may be answered outside of standard business hours subject to staff availability.

Special projects and extended-hour support programs are also optionally available.
