Meet the team.

For more than 20 years, the Acuity team has helped our customers improve the efficiency, effectiveness and ease-of-use of their Siemens PLM software. We’re a family at heart with a start-up spirit, and we’re constantly looking to connect with forward-thinking companies ready to grow.

Paul Stevens

Paul Stevens

President, Owner

Working his way up from a sales rep position almost 20 years ago, Paul is now the president of Acuity, and has overseen its growth through decades of industry shifts. Today, he manages our expert team, emphasizing focus, quick response, genuine care for clients and a great sense of humor in his staff. He’s also our big-picture thinker, helping guide the company into the future with sound strategy and a growth-mindset for ourselves and our customers.

Beyond running the business, Paul is a devoted father of four who enjoys weekends crabbing at the coast, taking on insurmountable challenges with friends, international travel and happy hour.

Joe Stevens

Joe Stevens

VP Operations

Paul’s twin brother Joe (yes, they work great together) joined Acuity in 2011 when the team was looking for an operational boost. Since then, Joe has acted as a partner in the business, managing the day-to-day details and establishing streamlined back-end operations that allow Acuity to be as responsive and agile as possible.

When he’s not crunching the numbers, Joe spends quality time with his wife and dogs and pursues his passion for travel.

Pat Kennedy

Pat Kennedy

Sr. Application Engineer — NW Region (NX CAD, Teamcenter, I-DEAS)

Pat brings years of real-world experience to his position at Acuity — and we would know. He departed our team to spend four years on the road, holding positions that furthered his skills in planning, implementing and administering Siemens engineering systems as well as competing products. Now that he’s back, he’s better equipped than ever to help clients navigate their PLM software.

Patrick uses his seven years of design engineering experience in the automotive and consumer products industries to enhance his nearly twelve years of experience in consulting, implementing, training and supporting CAD, CAE and PLM software. This deep PLM experience with I-DEAS TDM and Teamcenter (which includes many successful CAD and PLM migrations) help him better assist companies to implement and leverage NX and Teamcenter to their greatest advantage. Patrick holds a BSME from Seattle University and has been awarded multiple US patents.

Beyond engineering, Pat spends time with his family, mixes sound for live music events, is an executive board member and IT director at a nonprofit, and looks forward to someday having a sports car again.
